The Great Photo Awards have established themselves as a widely recognized international competition, dedicated to promoting high-standard photography. Building on the success of the first three editions, the awards return with their latest theme, Humanity World, a tribute to the creative power of humanity across the globe. This year’s competition invites photo enthusiasts from around the world to explore and capture the vast and intricate world of human existence through their lens. Participants can submit their work across five categories: Portrait, Street, Travel, Architecture, and Culture & Traditions.

The Humanity World theme encourages photographers to share compelling portrayals of humanity, whether through powerful portraits, authentic street scenes, immersive travel experiences, breathtaking architecture, or the enduring traditions that define cultures and societies. Celebrating the diversity, creativity, and emotional depth of human life, the competition calls for images that reflect the connections, emotions, and customs that make us humans unique.

Prizes
The winners will receive valuable prizes and gain global media attention and exposure. The 10 most-voted photos in each category will receive honorable mentions and will be uploaded to the virtual gallery. An art exhibition featuring the most-voted photos will be held in Athens, Greece, in spring 2025. Additionally, a selection of photos will be published in Photographos magazine, as an online portfolio on www.photo.gr, and across social media.
